How Bad Architecture Can Wreck Our City

How Bad Architecture Can Wreck Our City

Ian Patrick gave a presentation to the Construction Professionals Network (CPN) entitled “Building Boom in Charlotte: How Bad Architecture Can Wreck Our City, and What We Can Do About It.” In the slightly sarcastic lecture, Ian provides some examples of the “good, bad, and the ugly” architecture in the Queen City. Often funny, the lecture gives some ideas on how simple changes in design thinking can save money, improve quality of life, and even reduce crime.
